About us

AGUARRA is training, consulting and certification center for agile management, R&D and technology innovations in Czech Republic and Slovakia. In Aguarra we participate at courses and methodologies development, we build core team of Czech and Slovak trainers and we create community of agile methodologies users combined with platform for exchange of experience. We are involved into international co-operation among centers for agile management and innovations and we actively seek for ultimate know-how and best practices that we tailor for being used in Czech and Slovak Republics.

We offer Trainings of agile methodologies and related topics (Scrum Introduction, CSM, CSPO, TDD, CSD, LEAN, Kanban, Management 3.0, Agile workshops, TRIZ, creativity, product development etc.) and also Consulting services (support in deployment of agile methodologies, auditing agile deployments, managing agile projects, project management, innovations).

AGUARRA is first Registered Education Provider by Scrum Alliance in region Central and Eastern Europe and is founding member of Agilia - agile community in Czech and Slovak Republic. Aguarra co-organize annual Agilia Conference to promote agile practices in the region. AGUARRA is based in Technological Innovation Center CKD in Prague.
