Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Course is designed for professionals, who will participate at projects managed by SCRUM methodology in role of Product Owner, or will train these Product Owners. This includes product managers, analyst or managers and project leaders at customer side. Main goal of the training is providing better understanding of specific requirement of software production, improve quality of product requirement and enable elimination of idle times.
What is course about?
Course is interactive workshop with GREAT NUMBER of exercises. The goal is not “passing” all required tasks, but also to demonstrate difference between traditional and agile approach in project management and software development.
